Message	The emmissions were putting out too many hydrocarbons. It was at 550 per million instead of the max of 220 per million. Not a huge deal but enough to keep me from passing. He said it was because my car was running rich and not burning all of the gas. On the reading my cats passed and my O2 sensor passed. Any ideas what this could be? Could it be the O2 sensor even though it passed? Help!
